       A bit stouter,and well-prportioned,this

 specimen contains an exquisite phantom

with layers of Smoky and Amethyst.The

crystal itself is water-clear in the upper half,

milky at the very bottom,and has internal

 cavities in between.The clarity of the upper

portion makes the phantom all the more

stunning.There is a twinned crystal that

extends from the bottom to about halfway

up the shaft;it is nearly absorbed into the

 larger crystal,and oddly enough wraps

around two sides.Near the top is a blemish

which appears at first to be an old blow-out,

but with a loupe it can readily be seen that it

is in fact an old key,left by a small cross-

crystal.Now look closer with the loupe for the

surprise.In the cavity left by the old cross-

crystal are what appear to be tiny mounds

of prehnite!Also with the loupe,it looks as

though there are small manifester crystals

hovering just above the bottom of the peice.

A truy wondrous specimen with great color

   A pretty little lavender Brandberg,perched

 on a bit of sparkly matrix.This is a mostly

clear crystal infused with purple phantoms

which can be best veiwed from the side

of the peice.There are many internal planes,

veils,and cavities which are most interesting

toward the top of the crystal,where they

take on a chevron-type phantom shape.

The matrix is covered with tiny Quartz crystals

on the top side,which makes for a most

pleasing effect.There is also one raised record

keeper on the main face.5.5 cm long,2 cm

wide and

1.5 cm deep.
